My latest book Ani’s Raw Food Desserts is now available everywhere, and I kicked off my online book tour at Google in Santa Monica on Monday. I gave a lunchtime author talk and food demo, and the cafe made my Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Cake (on page 49 of my book). The video of my raw food talk will be posted to their authors @ Google YouTube account in a couple weeks, I’ll post the link here to watch. Google’s cafe and kitchen sits on the top floor with tons of daylight and a rooftop deck for dining. The menu was mostly vegan / veggie and super healthy, with a great compost and recycling set up. Plus, all of Google doesn’t use plastic water bottles, and many of the employees ride their bikes to the office. Google rocks!
