
I’m the founder and owner of SmartMonkey Foods, which started out as my catering and events company. I launched a line of prepared foods, and eventually my line of SmartMonkey Bars. Since then, it’s grown into a weekly cafe, monthly dinner events, retreats, classes, and my first published uncookbook, Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen.
Many of you have been asking me about my SmartMonkey Bars. After many successful years, I’ve been forced to make my decision to take my Bars off the market due to internal company issues that are out of my control. I’ve struggled to find resolution over the past year and a half, and have finally decided to cut my losses and clear away negative forces.
I plan to relaunch my SmartMonkey Foods product line in the future. And, intend to keep SmartMonkey Foods as my raw, living cuisine and green lifestyle brand.
For now, I’m focused on my 3rd uncookbook, available in May 2010, and my uncooking shows. Currently, I’m planning my DESSERTS book tour, begining in early May in the USA, and in the Fall in the UK and Australia. So, stay tuned here, and I’ll post up my tour info as the dates approach.
