Ani’s exclusive Level 1 course focuses on the Home Chef, along with Ani’s eco-green living, healthy lifestyle, and detox philosophy. This is a hands-on course using only a food processor and blender. The focus is on easy, simple, fast recipes that can be combined and plated in numerous ways that are both elegant & delicious for everyday. Over the course of the weekend, we’ll cover essentials like stocking the raw kitchen, shopping, blending, food processing, basic sauces, wraps, rolls, pastas, and decadent desserts. By the end of the course on Sunday at 4pm, you’ll have confidence in the kitchen and be ready to share your new skills with family and friends. Become a home chef, or use this Level 1 Course to start thinking about launching your raw food business or career. This course is step 1 towards launching and teaching classes of your own with Ani’s Teacher Certification.
