I’m a monkey (Chinese year of the Monkey), so was drawn to the rings. It looked hard, but it really doesn’t take strength, but rather, finesse. You just need to build momentum, and have calloused hands would help too.

On tour for “Ani’s Raw Food Asia” in Los Angeles, CA at Erewhon Natural Food Store. It was a packed house. I demoed my Mushroom Bul Go Gi recipe in a Lettuce Wrap topped with a Gochugang Sauce. My raw food and vegan version of the traditional Korean dish.
