Tapenade and Candied Onion Stuffed Red Cabbage

Cabbage leaves are great to use as 'shells' to stuff with my favorite fillings to create different hand helds. Olive Tapenade, Candied Onions, Chiffonade Green Cabbage fill a beautiful purple cabbage leaf and adds crunch. Recipes and video included.

Cauliflower Mash + Mushroom Gravy

Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetables. It's beautiful, comes in white, green, and purple varieties, and works wonderfully processed into a mash. This is my version of mashed potatoes. Serve with a gravy on it's own, or alongside your favorite recipe.
