Kanga, my dog, rescued me 9-years ago on Labor Day Weekend in Portland, OR. To celebrate, we went to Huntington Dog Beach on the final hot day of summer!
On tour for "Ani's Raw Food Asia" in Los Angeles, CA at Erewhon Natural Food Store. It was a packed house. I demoed my Mushroom Bul Go Gi recipe in a Lettuce Wrap topped with a Gochugang Sauce. My raw food and vegan version of the traditional Korean dish.
My day in Seattle, WA began with host Margaret Larson at King 5 TV's NewDay Northwest Show, where everyone in the studio audience received "Ani's Raw Food Asia". From there we went to Evergreen Radio, Thrive Cafe, Komo Newsradio, and then the Woodmark Hotel and Yacht Club for Happy Hour and a Half.
